Did you know art and science are a perfect mix? There is a lot of science involved in many art processes and there is definitely an art to science experimenting! This March, we are ramping up the excitement with science at US and Art! Students will discover their inner Bill Nye during our March Mad Scientist Mini Course 2023!

What do you need to know?

  • 4-week course starting Tuesday March 7 through March 28th at 6-6:50 pm.

  • For kids ages 8-12 years.

  • All course materials are included in the price. We handle dangerous materials in this class, such as dry ice (it wouldn't be MAD enough without some chaos) so we ask that students be prepared to be respectful and safe in class.

  • Students will be introduced to the studio, shown demonstrations and connections between science and painting, and experiment themselves with a variety of art and scientific tools and materials. Each class will explore a new project and art-science process. Our experienced instructors will guide them step-by-step through exciting projects such as baking soda and vinegar experiments, frozen paintings, slime-making, and bubble stamping.

Don't miss this opportunity for your child to unleash their creativity and discovery the joy of science and art combined. Sign up for our class today! SPACE IS LIMITED!

A message from the owner

"When I was a child, it felt like everyone had a team. There were the dancers, the sports kids and even the farmers. But where were the artists? We didn't have a group. Everyone, child and adult alike, deserve to have a team. We deserve to have a safe space to create and a wonderful community to create with! That's why I started US and Art. I hope we can connect our team and ignite our creativity!"
